Counselling is available to children, teenagers and families to help reduce stress, and to provide practical strategies on how to increase individual and/or family well-being.   

​

A combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is used, as well as a strengths based positive psychology and positive behaviour support approaches.
